Welcome to Belle webring. The Belle webring is for beautiful sites. Beautiful can mean numerous things, such as a beautiful layout, or writings. These plus more are acceptable. Requirements for this webring are to your right.
I don't care if your site has pop-up ads or not. It's not your fault if the server puts them on your site, but please turn them off if possible. As long as your site is suitable for the ring, it will be added.
I do not mean to discriminate against people with this webring. The reason I say this ring is open to females only is because frankly, why would a guy want to join a ring called belle? To me, I think the name sounds girlish. I will make exceptions for the rules at the side of this page.
