Birds' Habitats

Do Fence me in!

a mini-paradise for Bush Stone-Curlews

Alastair Robb

Alastair Robb has come up with an innovative and effective plan to protect Bush Stone-Curlews on his property, Buraja Station, near Corowa in the Riverina , NSW.
Alastair has constructed fences around parts of the property (see above) to prevent foxes from destroying the native birds. The result has been many happy Curlews (just visible in the photo).
